How is my order shipped?     back to top

We ship all of our products via UPS.  In the event an order is shipped directly from the manufacturer, a different shipping method may be used.  At checkout the customer can choose either standard ground or expedited shipping.  If you require an order to be overnighted, please call us at #1-866-925-7662 or email us at

How long will it take to receive my merchandise?     back to top

If we have your item in stock, you will usually receive your order within 7 days.  If we are out of stock, your order may take from 2-6 weeks.  We will usually let our customers know the expected delivery date.  Engraving on any item usually adds a week to your shipping time.  If you request custom hand engraving, this can add anywhere from 2-3 weeks to your ship time.   If you require an order to be overnighted or express mailed, please call us at #1-866-925-7662 or email us at

Shipping and handling charges will be calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout on our site or when you place an order over the phone per the table below.  When ordering by mail-in form, you'll need to enter in the appropriate amount.  Note, when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii there may be additional charges as we are forced to ship air instead of ground..

What if my shipment is damaged?      back to top
If your shipment arrives damaged in any way, Silvernobs will replace the item at no cost to you.  Simply contact us by phone or email if this should occur. 

 

What is your return policy?    back to top

We can accept returns on most items for a refund less 15% restocking fee or for Silversnobs store credit less shipping and handling within 15 days of receipt.  Returned merchandise must arrive in new, unused condition in the original packaging materials.  Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on engraved merchandise.  Please call us at #1-866-925-7662 or email is at orders@silversnobs.com and we will try to make your exchange or store credit as seemless as possible.

Can I place an order via regular mail?    back to top
Yes!  Please click here to see our manual order form which you can fill out, print and send in via normal mail.  This is usually used when customers wish to pay with a personal or corporate check.   
  

What are the methods of payment you accept?    back to top
When ordering online, by fax or over the phone we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  If ordering via mail, we can accept the above credit cards as well as personal or business checks, money orders, and cashiers checks.  We will ship all merchandise as soon as your check clears.     

 

When is my credit card charged for my order?     back to top

Typically, on orders under $500, we charge your credit card after your order is shipped.  We MAY charge a credit card prior to shipping if it is receiving engraving or is a product we do not typically carry in stock, so had to special order.  On orders over $500, your charge card is charged immediately at purchase.   
 

Do you charge sales tax?    back to top
Our store is based out of Texas.  Sales tax is imposed in the location where the product is to be used, which is assumed to be the shipping address.  Therefore, we only collect sales tax from purchasers shipping products anywhere in the Lonestar state.
