Convenient Gift Card Order Processing
Through experience, we have found that the best way to conduct our wedding registry program is through the use of Gift Cards.  Rather than sending each gift as it is ordered from your registry, we will send a gift card to you outlining the product purchased, the dollar amount of the goods ordered, the name of the purchaser and any personal note from them.  This way you can send Thank You cards right away.  We diligently track all purchases and keep an “accrued registry credit” sheet for each couple.

Finally, when you are ready, you will use the gift cards as Silversnobs store credit, exchanging items and choosing any pieces you need to fill your pattern.  This helps to deal with the common registry problem of receiving 8 salad forks, 4 knives, 2 soup spoons, and other odds and ends which you then have to repack and send back for other items.  It allows you to pool your store credit and purchase whatever you wish when you are finally ready to "cash out". 

Registry Completion Program
We recommend giving guests at least one month after the wedding to purchase their gifts before redeeming your store credit.  When you are ready to make your final order, call #1-866-925-7662 and a customer service representative will help you to apply your credit towards the silver you want.  It is at this time that you can take advantage of our Registry Completion Program.  Our completion program allows you to receive a 10% discount on a one-time purchase to complete your registry!  This 10% discount is good for the purchase of only the remaining items on your registry and only if the purchase is made within a year of your wedding.   

After you have made your final silver choices, it is only then that we will place a special order with our manufacturers.  Sorry, once your delivery request is submitted, changes or alterations are not permitted.  We have found it difficult to maintain our low pricing structure without being sticklers in some areas.  Typically, your wedding gifts will arrive beautifully gift wrapped within 4-6 weeks! 

Please note, we keep registries on file and live on our website for one year after the ceremony.  In the event a gift is purchased for you after you have already “cashed out”, the gift will be sent on to you directly.  Also remember, if a gift giver chooses at checkout to have the gift shipped to them rather than you, with the plan to deliver it personally, they can do so.  In such an instance, we may not know the gift was purchased from your registry and so you might wish to less us know if you receive any person to person silver gifts so we can keep your registry as accurate as possible.

Complimentary Registry Announcement Cards
All of our wedding registrants may request complimentary registry announcement cards to be included in event invitations.  Your first 50 “registered-at” cards are free of charge!  We charge $10 for each additional 50 cards.
